Shipping & Returns

POSTAGE
All orders will, where practical be sent via Australia Post or Courier ( whichever is cheaper for you ). You only pay what we are charged. We do not charge for Packaging and Handling.
We can assure you our delivery rates will be very competitive and often cheaper than most.
All packages are securely packed to prevent any damage in transit. However it is possible that damage may occur, we offer insurance at Australia Posts rate should you require cover ( most couriers include insurance ). We can not be held responsible for uninsured items in the mail. Insurance also covers loss of item.
If sent Australia Post it is sent Parcel Post. This ensures that it is trackable at all times until it reaches you.
Postage to overseas destinations will be charged at our postage cost via Australia Post Air Mail. Insurance is compulsory, on international orders. Sea Mail is available to eligible countries. The Exchange Rates at time of invoice will apply, exchange rates shown on the web site are a guide only.


CREDIT CARD/ PAYMENT
We accept the following;
Visa, Mastercard. The minimum credit card charge value shall be $10.00 in GOODS.

Personal Cheque, mailed to our postal address, subject to clearance.
Money Orders made out to Christmas Every Day.
Bank Direct Deposit. we will provide our Bank Details.

WARRANTY
We are bound by the warranty provided by our suppliers, but should a product be deemed to have a manufacturing fault we will arrange a speedy resolution. The goods must be returned within 7 days of your receipt of the goods complete with all packaging and  the goods in original condition. Please include a copy of the invoice supplied. We must be advised before the goods are returned, and postage for the item paid by the sender.
Faulty goods will be replaced, repaired or credited according to our suppliers warranty conditions. Animated products are sold as "normal home duty", they are not designed for operation for long periods. Commercial products are designed for this use and their prices reflect this.

RETURNS
Goods can only be returned if they are in original condition and in the original packaging, accompanied by a copy of the invoice sent to you with the goods. We reserve the right to refuse the goods for return if they do not meet these conditions.
Postage must be paid by the customer for the return of the goods.
Please contact us before returning any goods either by telephone or by the Contact Form on this web site. Credit Card details must be provided for a refund to take place.
